The spectacular robbery of jewels at "Graff Diamonds", located in the london district of Mayfair was commited by smarter than expected gangsters. Unimpressed by the security measures of the jeweler and the presence of guards, they went into the store located in the city of london, seemingly undisguised. It has now been discovered that the pictures of the surveillance cam will not be of much help to the investigators.
Aid was provided by a trustful make-up artist. Under the false pretence that a disguise was needed for the shooting of a music video, the bandits asked for the application of latex protheses to their faces as well as a the coloration of their hair and skin. The result was a perfect, almost invisible masking for a mere 515 Euro. The makeup artist could not guess that had he just aided criminals in the forthcoming 47 Million Euro raid, although is was not the first instance that criminals used this studio to order a profesional disguise. This is an excellent example of what can be achieved with foam latex by a skilled makeup artist: a disguise that is so realistic that your relatives or friends would not be able to identify you.
